I’ve never been a fan of food shows because they make me hungry for things that I have no chance of making. But here’s a show I might tune into. Down Home With The Neelys features Pat and Gina Neely, co-owners of Neely’s Bar-B-Que, a family-owned and operated restaurant with 85 employees based in Tennessee. The show will showcase some of their famous family recipe secrets.

Word has it that they serve the most tender ribs!

Black love, soul food, what more could I ask for?

The show premiered yesterday, and will air Saturdays at 11am Eastern and Pacific time on the Food Network.

This thing is still going on?

I’m going to try to keep my bible thumping commentary out of this one, but for some reason I feel like reading 1 John 4:1.

Today at 11am and 10pm EST BET will be airing a special featuring Bishop Thomas Weeks III. He’ll be telling his side of the story on what happened when he allegedly beat his wife “Prophetess” Juanita Bynum outside of a hotel in August.

*Yawn* Oh, excuse me.

Am I the only one who finds the fact that the sold their wedding ceremony to “fans” hilariously ironic?

I try and try but I cannot keep up with Tyra Banks.

Didn’t a season of America’s Next Top Model just end? I can’t even remember who won.

Anyway, it’s time yet again for a new cycle. I hope I remember to watch.

This is Celeb Positive so I won’t be commenting on this photo. I guess this is what they call “fierce”. The new season premieres on February 20th.
