I really used to like the Tyra Banks show. This was during her first season. I thought she brought something new to the table, I thought she had an authentic voice. Now as each day passes my opinion of her declines. Why does it seem like every show is dedicated to embarrassing someone or making them feel uncomfortable? Stop trying so hard girlfriend.

I don’t know if she’s purely doing this for ratings or if she really thinks it’s helping people, but once again Tyra Banks has her audience taking off their clothes. Most recently she had women outside half naked burning their bras, now she has them taking their pants off.

Tyra, I’m not amused.

These women are not your little pawns. I’m sure they didn’t come to your show to be objectified. You are trying way too hard. Can you do something that focuses on women’s minds instead of focusing on their bodies?

This is a show I have to remember to tune into to.

Last week Tyra Banks was spotted burning bras with her audience members for a segment on her show. I’m sure this is supposed to be liberating but I have one question…

Do you know how much a good bra costs?!?! Not those cheap, filmsy ones you get at Target, but the high quality ones? If you are top heavy you can’t get those $15 bras, it’s more like $60-$70. I’m sure it’s supposed to symbolize something, but bras aren’t oppressive, they are quite useful, and expensive.
